Is the IPTVDigi free trial really free?

Yes. No card details are asked for, nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel. The form asks for your device and the channels you want purely so we can build a test line that actually matches your setup.

How long does it take to receive my trial?

Trials are created by hand rather than issued automatically, so it is not instant. We send your details by email as soon as the line is ready — please check your spam folder as well as your inbox.

Why do you ask for my device and app?

Because the setup differs. A MAG box is activated by its MAC address, IBO Pro and IBO Player need a MAC address and a device key, and a FireStick or Smart TV needs neither. Asking up front means your trial works first time instead of after three messages.

Can I request more than one trial?

Trials are one per household so that everyone gets a fair chance to test the service. If you need longer to check something specific — a particular sports channel, for example — tell us and we will do what we can.

What happens after the trial ends?

Nothing automatic. The test line simply stops. If you want to continue, place an order from the pricing page and we will set up your full subscription.
